Look at this map of the Global South, and ask yourself the question:
What the fuck are they going to do if WW3 kicks off?
The answer is fucking nothing, besides Middle East and China.
Most of these states' existence depends in large part on foreign aid coming from various NATO countries, unless you can buy them off, they won't offer anything but useless vocal support (and making you look brown loving in the process.)
Even if you can buy them off, ask yourself the question:
Is the fucking money better spent on securing the help of (insert random shithole SA/Africa country) or just fucking building more fucking tanks and aircraft or missiles?
Anyone actually delusional enough to think Mexico will invade US if WW3 kicks off? (Besides with illegal immigrants)
Russia-China-ME (minus Jordan and Saudi because their leaders are kinda special/chosen people) is realistically most of what's going to happen.
The rest are just there posting for street cred, when the shit hits the fan, expect them to scatter.
